I heard Dean speak at the Institute of Directors Diversity, Equity & Inclusion event in June 2023, where he was on the panel presenting neurodiversity in the workplace. We were in the process of looking for a trainer for our people managers, and Dean’s engaging and approachable style made him the ideal choice. This was the catalyst for our collaboration with JET.
